The following are a few of the stories about our young Australians lost tragically, way before their time. They come from all walks of life. Some succumbed to SCD in their homes, with their friends, at school or on our sporting fields. The one thing they all have in common is that each and every one of them was a beautiful, young individual - not a statistic. They were deeply loved by their family and friends. They left us too soon and the world is a poorer place for their loss.
